Manfred Werder's stück 1998 is a massive project consisting of 160,000 time units written across its 4000-page score. The piece has been performed by numerous artists and Chilean guitarist Cristián Alvear is one such musician to do so. Recorded back in April of 2014, Alvear's actualization took place in Santiago and makes up pages 676-683 of the score.
